Interviewing people who work in the industry to acquire first hand feedback. Information will then be collated in a concise and thorough report. Those who participate will be given this report when it is completed so they may also benefit from the information acquired from their colleagues.

Phase 2

Building a committee of people who specialize in different areas of the healthcare sector so that practical and viable solutions can be brought to the table and presented to stakeholders in the industry and government.

Phase 3

Persuading those who can enact those changes in government and the eldercare industry to act on some of the recommendations provided.

Phase 4

Centralizing and standardizing eldercare services.
